Every piece at Bolsa is individually sourced, inspected, and authenticated by our team before it is listed. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review each item's photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We're always happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or details — just reach out before you buy.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit or materially not as described, contact us at store@bolsa.nyc within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
